I in fact recalled a conversation between some of my friends when I was in college. A friend got a date from a pretty looking girl. On the same day we had a match, a football match. The match got extended and poor him, alas in the joy of victory forgot about the date!
BTW you got a very clean and nice blog! I liked it!
Right on Tami! I just went through that this afternoon with Mrs. Jim!
She had the nerve to ask me to help her find something (a picture of a grandkid) when my team was behind seven points and only four minutes remained in the game. ..
Your takes on the prompts never surprise me.. because I have stopped expecting anything that would not make one think here..and you have put it so well..Thank You!!!

ReplyDeleteGood one...I hadn't even thought about this perspective because I make it my 'alone time' when Hubs is into football.
ReplyDeleteYes for many women a deal breaker but I just do what I want during football season, usually shopping, watching a movie, nap, whatever...
