Jazzy Z

reciting in sequence
I come to the end
I pause and say it again
liking the sound of it

it spins with happiness
loving my attention
children love it too
as much as they love zoo

when our Z dances,
zebra forms in the wake
foot tap with a zing
and circles zoom in, zoom out

"Z might be last letter-
in jazzy, it is in the middle"

  3. You haven't quite left mathematics behind with 'sequence' and 'circles' but this fair zips along.

  4. A great take on Z. And it is at its best in jazzy, too.

  8. I almost found myself wishing you'd been a bit more mysterious- maybe just calling it "JaZZy" and not ever coming out and saying what the letter is. And you're right. It has to be the most fun to say. All vibratey!

  10. I like this - I once wrote poems on Z, X and O - I intended to do the whole alphabet, but somehow never finished.
