flowers that
we both picked;
sent to me
warped and stained,
stay unwrapped,
precisely like letters-
as from me to you
time has made you
a stranger. maybe I
pretend that so as to
prevent myself from
a predicament, which
is embarrassingly
embracing me even
when I am trying hard
to escape it by ignoring
well said, appreciated!
