I had a someone like this. Lately I have wondered if I should have pushed the barriers against re-entry or if, instead, I should find a new way to keep myself from lifting into the stratosphere when in his presence. _It always took so long to return to normal, after._Or maybe I am meant to be ok with the long trajectory back to normal.I am thinking the top of my head just spun off, my love, so that means... great poetry (and so short, how do you do that?) Read my 3WW offering here.
some lovers linger for a long time
So poignant and lovely, and I love the evocativeness of "ignition turns turtle."
you departed so long agoyet ignite my soul*sigh* Live long enough, and I think we're each destined to have one like that.Nicely done.

There are moments in life that even though they departed and left us, their moments still ignite our lost passion...why so?You made me reminisce some old memories Gautami!See how rotten I am, too! And I'd wish to depart because of it!
you definitely have a way with this - you evoked memories in so many of us..
Gautami,Memories remain for a long time and at times make you wonder what next.Take care
