say that again

squeezing the bridge of my nose
with the blue tinted glass
I look with harried concentration
into that page, indecipherable words
popping out from everywhere

mosiysma, inghruyt, dkjulxzz
are but a few. only from those kids
one learns new words, making no sense
wait a moment, but they do
if nothing they do bring in a smile

"secretly wishing I was the student, they my teacher"

  1. Looks like your writing life is flourishing. How long does it take to create a poem?

  6. This created an image for me - teacher posed over paper, studying, trying to decipher what's within.

It has a really gentle feel to it.

Here's another indecipherable one amsyisom which is mosiysma in reverse, so you could say, we created it together!

  11. Made me smile, thinking about those words. I wanted them to be real, but like the teacher, was satisfied.
