vintage ballooning

I fly over vegetation with the crows circling
who wove a tale that has lasted for eons?
I see scarce light on the ground
no one has the strength to see the eroded soil
last time I was there I could foresee rain
falling on the rooted cells of unknown plants
change has been less in reality
but mind has revisited it numerous times.
balloons may carry me away
but I will end up eroded on the ground

"no one can escape the inevitable end
non living objects are no different from living ones"

  5. Humanity often appears cross that it has no control of its destiny. Crows however do not even think of changing it...even the stones are stoic.

    we all crave

  7. Cleverly, mesmerically writen as usual, my dear. This hit the button in me that makes me sad for the unwanted: things, animals, people, the whole nine : )

  8. I agree with you in this poem that there is no clear line between the living and the inert. I for one expect when I have perfect clarity that I will see why it is that living rocks appear dead.

  9. I'm happy to weave a tale that lasts long enough for somebody else to read it!

  11. Seems very solemn. But I like the idea of looking down from above.

  12. Mind may be filled with lofty ideas and a desire to fly, but it is always better that a part remains rooted and grounded....for when the fall comes it is not so hard!!
